The Digital Product Owner will oversee the development, delivery and execution of online and mobile banking programs.
This individual will contribute to collaborative discussions and coordinate with internal partners, business managers, marketing, retail banking, fraud and other stakeholders, as well as consortium partners to deliver a best in class digital product.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create a product roadmap.
Be the champion to the product vision ensuring the end-to-end delivery of desired product.
Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies.
Understand their critical role and participation within team ceremonies to ensure product vision is communicated and understood.
Capture and summarize stakeholder needs and goals in clear and concise themes, epics, and user stories in a product backlog.
Ability to tell a clear story, create personas to provide the clear vision of the product, including acceptance criteria and definition of done to each increment of a product.
Identify and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
Ensures the product backlog is organized, refined and clearly expressed based on feedback from users, customers and stakeholders to help reach the product goal.
Continuously prioritize the next step or increment the development team needs to build.
Acts as liaison and primary communicator between stakeholders and development team members making sure there is buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies as well as clear instructions and deliverables for the developers.
Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and resolve any conflicts or impediments due to conflicting competing priorities.
Is accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product, inspecting and evaluating the product progress through each iteration.
Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities Drive product development by conducting market research, understanding consumer behavior, aid in the creation of journey maps and assess the competitive landscape in order to develop product development road maps.
Collaborate with a team of internal and external partners to build, test and maintain Bethpage digital acquisitions and banking platforms.
Champion the agile delivery model and lead the teams in the definition of MVP (minimum viable product) while developing the vision for the optimal user experience.
Responsible for end to end process from an operations perspective to ensure that platforms and online products are maintaining uptime, are available and online applicants are receiving the high level of service & support.
Collaborate with contact center and deposit operations on process and monitor results while making recommendations to improve conversions and drive operational efficiency.
Drive product development through voice of the member by prioritizing MX feedback, MSAT and other listening channels.
Technology partner liaison who collaborates with the development team and partner credit unions on requirements, priorities and deliverables for integrated solutions.
Responsible for managing vendors/third parties, and holding them accountable for product delivery and roadmaps.
Responsible for strategies and implementation of tools and processes to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance with Customer Identification Programs.
Introduce technology, reports and processes that will support the prevention of fraudulent activity.
Accountable for defining user stories (requirements) and participating in scrum team meetings to ensure delivery of product enhancements.
Additional responsibilities will also include reporting on KPIs as well as developing and tracking results of improvements and their effect on marketing campaigns Familiarity with Agile & Scrum Framework Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Story telling in the form of user stories Identify personas and use cases Team spirit and good communication abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organizational & time management skills Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations Self-starter with a growth mindset Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) required Experience Required 2 year(s):

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
