Responsibilities:
Writing fair and profitable estimates for residential and commercial jobs to be submitted to insurance companies for payment Job scoping Negotiating and closing claims with insurance companies
Qualifications:
Xactimate experience required Experience in the reconstruction industry-preferred Field experience in the water, mold and fire restoration industry experience-preferred strong oral and written communication skills Highly motivated Detail oriented Ability to work independently Outstanding organizational and time management skills Salary Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
