Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible - Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, and other documents - Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant - Proficient in customer support and providing excellent service - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in file management, both physical and digital - Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity - Knowledge of front desk procedures and phone systems - Familiarity with computerized office systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
