Interact with customers via phone and email Effectively manage customer inbound and outbound calls Answer inbound calls and direct to relevant internal departments Assist with basic billing and customer account questions Communicate with dispatch department to track customer's shipment Provide professional support to sales, dispatch, and other internal departments Provide a prompt, accurate and outstanding customer service experience Keep detailed records of comments, inquiries, and complaints Address customer questions or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Maintain positive client relations ___________________________________________________________________ V2 Logistics Corp.
