Responsibilities:
- Perform building maintenance tasks including trash pick-up, spot cleaning (carpet and/or other surfaces), ground-level window cleaning (interior/exterior), restroom maintenance, power washing of store fronts and drive-up areas, and distribution and recovery of critical equipment and components.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify cleaning service deficiencies and maintenance concerns such as lighting, plumbing, and electrical issues.
- Ensure van maintenance by completing, submitting, and logging inspection forms, as well as managing van storage and removal.
- Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and complete Monthly Task Sheets.
- Secure areas by opening and closing facilities, including the picnic area and branch front entrance.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb, kneel, and lift over 50lbs.
- Must be able to travel and enter/exit a vehicle without assistance.
- Possess a valid driver's license.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
