Phone Order Taker / Customer Service Catering We are hiring! Currently looking for a part-time, friendly, outgoing, and responsible person to join us for catering and take-home order placement for a fast-paced and exciting take-out restaurant.
THIS IS A PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION WITH GROWTH OPPORTUNITY! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SEASONAL HELP AT THIS TIME.

The ideal candidate must love PEOPLE, enjoy the food industry, have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Must be punctual, have a can do attitude, and show up with a smile! This is a part-time position and is an exciting chance to be part of a LI institution, beloved restaurant, and historical landmark - Zorn's of Bethpage.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of one-year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience highly recommended.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Taking phone orders with a friendly attitude - Assisting customers to understand their needs - Providing a great service experience for every customer - Knowledge of the menu, answer questions and offer suggestions - Ability to work in a team environment or independently - Taking orders face-to-face - Coordinate deliveries with drivers - Various daily assignments - Board of Health knowledge a plus - not mandatory (classes offered) Job Type:

30PM, Closed Tuesdays (shift / varies during holidays) Work Remotely:
