We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager for our Bethpage, Long Island location. We offer free shuttle bus service 4x a day from the LIRR station for those that commute via mass transit.
The Marketing Project Manager's primary focus is to promote customer satisfaction, retention and customer education of the Optimum products and services. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overall project management and day-to-day execution of marketing projects/campaigns. Supporting Customer Relationship Marketing Manager and Director, the Marketing Manager will review marketing deliverables based on the objectives and strategies supplied by Product, Marketing, and Operations. The Manager will be responsible for project management of all aspects of assigned projects, including paperwork for job files, timelines, project estimates/budgets, invoices, copy writing/review/approval, list data collection, proofreading, and data for status reports to ensure that all assigned campaigns/projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-strategy. The Marketing Manager will develop Customer Communication plans and executes tactics to communicate: changes to product offerings; introduction of new product offerings and enhancements to existing products; promote self-installation instructions and a product support guide; and, assist in scripting, creative, reporting & project management of projects related to all onboarding & video bill production.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Minimum of four years experience in agency account management or marketing project management
Integrated marketing and advertising experience with knowledge of creative development, production, media and/or direct marketing required
SMB, Retail &/or experiential marketing background a plus
Strong project management skills
Ability to give extensive creative and copywriting direction
Experience with onboarding & bill media tactics
Experience in interfacing with creative agencies/vendors
Exceptional communication (written & verbal), organizational skills and detail orientation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
