Business Systems Analyst 6082
Business Systems Analyst to assist with the QA portion of our client's messaging systems roll-out.
Good communication skills / presents well - person will spend a lot of time in the contact center working directly with agents/spvr/mgrs.
Knowledge of software applications in general - the specific tools are java/web based tools but custom built by CV
Knowledge of web tools / terminology
Testing experience - test plans and test execution and manage testers
workflow design
understanding of telephony
understanding of basic internet principles.
Modem, router, etc.
HTTP, DHCP, browser, WiFi, SSIDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
