We are currently looking for a Senior HRMS Technology Analyst (PeopleSoft HR). The Sr. HRMS is responsible for configuring and implementing Peoplesoft HR/HCM. The Senior Analyst will build and delivering reporting and analytics and lead the design of application enhancements (including workflows) and interfaces. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need to develop effective partnerships within HR functional teams, business areas, Enterprise IT and vendors to be able to configure software to match business requirements, conduct testing, build test scripts and effectively transition new technology work.
oBachelor's degree preferred
oFive (5) to Seven (7) years of experience, preferably in a HR or Systems role.
o Two (2) years of ERP implementation experience and currently working either with PeopleSoft 9.1 or equivalent or another application such as Oracle Fusion HCM
oMust have two (2) years hands on PeopleSoft Application security experience with - Security Design for HCM or CRM, Custom Row level security, Dynamic Role provisioning
oMust have a strong functional knowledge of HCM
oShould have the ability to write functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements.
oMust have the ability to work with end users
oMust be familiar with software development
oProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
oProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
oExperience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
