Account Maintenance & Support Coordinator

General Summary:
This individual will be responsible for processing all aspects of Client, meeting and location data in various systems (i.e. ? DCRM, Boss, Worksmart and Oracle) with a high degree of accuracy. He/she must be able to meet department SLA's, which includes ensuring data is entered in accordance with pre-defined deadlines and that customer inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours or sooner. This individual will liaise with employees in various departments internal and external to Bethpage as it relates to any pertinent Client and data setup related issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete tasks assigned in DCRM
Update location and meeting information in Boss, Oracle and Worksmart
Perform quality control checks
Run, compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
Communicate with Leaders, RAMs, RSMs,TMs, SAMs, and A/R team via phone and email
Respond to all inquiries within department SLA of 24-48 hours, or sooner when needed
Experience Required:
High School Diploma required. Some college/attending college preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Proven record meeting and adhering to deadlines and meeting productivity requirements
Excellent customer service and support skills including excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and organize your day
Knowledge of Health Solutions business a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules and perform overtime when needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
