The company offers Optimum-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum WiFi, the nations most robust WiFi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri-State area.
The Product Management Director supports the planning, development and execution of products that will drive customer growth and are designed to attract new customer relationships, maximize ARPU, retention and relationship NPS. The Product Management Director serves as a subject matter expert, understanding marketing objectives, competitive feature sets and translating product concepts into deliverable products with product design.
Responsibilities include: determining the customer value proposition for their product portfolio; influencing the development of product strategy and roadmap through market opportunity assessments (Competitive, Market, Usage, & SWOT analysis, etc); partnering with pricing, marketing, product design and internal stakeholders to ensure execution of the product strategic direction; develops executive business cases and product strategy briefs; plays a key role in leading the full go to market plan and partners with marketing on optimal communication and advertising campaigns; monitors and analyzes performance and trending against plan and adjusts strategy and tactics as needed to meet business goals and KPIs; and, leads the collection and analysis of feedback from customers to provide a feedback loop and influence product engagement.

Bachelors degree with equivalent years industry or related business experience.
Minimum eight to ten years market strategy, product management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver products to the market that generates sales, revenue, cash flow, EBITDA or profit result
Minimum of five years in a specific product portfolio management (video, wireless, broadband, etc)
Experience in developing strategies for consumer oriented products and services
Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and use of that data to develop an understanding of market & consumer behavior
Experience with financial analysis and/or modeling
Partner, client or vendor management experience
Can build presentations appropriate for executive audiences and present the story behind the data
Demonstrated experience to manage and influence in a highly matrixed cross functional environment
In-depth understanding of media/telecommunications industry with awareness of trends and market differentiators/competitive landscape
Big picture thinker, ability to execute on vision/follow-through skills
Intermediate skill in MS Excel, to facilitate efficient use of limited programming staff in answering frequent market sizing and what-if questions
Strong experience with forecasting and long range planning

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
