The company offers Optimum-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum Wi-Fi, the nations most robust Wi-Fi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri-State area.
The Manager of Consolidations will participate in all external reporting activities for Altice USA. These activities include the preparation of the Companys consolidation financial statements and the preparation of consolidated analyses and supporting analyses for periodic (10Q and 10K) and other SEC filings that arise as a result of debt and /or equity offerings. The Manager will prepare consolidated financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and related footnotes on a quarterly basis and review and analyze financial packages submitted by business units. The Manager will prepare Altice USA financial statements along with other debt covenant compliance information on a quarterly basis, ensure the integrity of balance sheets, income statements, applicable financial statement analysis, and other supporting documentation pertaining to management, annual audit, SEC, and other reports. In addition, this role will be responsible for a monthly consolidated Flash report, providing information to external auditors and tax departments and evaluate and identify areas of potential exposure and internal control weaknesses.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred. CPA a plus
Minimum of five (5) years related experience in accounting and financial reporting
Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of Hyperion or other financial packages

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
