Wireless Engineer

The Wireless Engineer will be responsible for the installation, operation, administration, and maintenance of all Wireless Network delivery systems, including all network devices that support Altice offerings. Responsible for managing and maintaining high level network protocols and configurations. Provides for procedural, informational and training documentation. Working with Sr. Engineer, develops design criteria for testing of new technologies coordinating with all engineering/operations/management necessary to meet Altice's deadlines for product launch (regardless of type). Responds to diagnoses and resolves technical issues in relation to the Wifi/Wireless outages. Monitors performance and status of the network delivery systems. Provides technical assistance to internal departments and organizations. Works as part of a group with other engineering departments' issues relating to the Internet delivery systems. Develops and improves methods and tools for the troubleshooting and researching of problems. Creates and maintain logs, records, diagrams and reports of all network systems. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as directed. o Electrical, Electronical, Computer Science or Telecom Engineer, Undergraduate or Graduate o 2 years relevant experience o Advanced degree of knowledge of Cisco Network hardware including; Controllers, Access Points (Both indoor and outdoor), Routers, Switches, and all network devices o Understanding of the fundamentals of IP and Wireless networks and its security protocols o Knowledge of wireless network technologies o Wireless:, Wi-Fi, Roaming, CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, LTE o IP Networks: IP, TCP, routing protocols, NAT, tunneling o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Must have the ability to learn We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vet and maintain a drug-free and smoke-free workplace. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
