Continuous Improvement and Innovation Manager

The Continuous Improvement and Innovation Manager is responsible for creating an overall standard of excellence (processes, tools, templates and automation) for Vendor Governance Delivery and driving vendor behavior to deliver continuous improvement in vendor performance and focus on partnering with our vendors to drive innovation in the enterprise and develop new products, services or processes. The focus of this position is to partner with our IT vendors to identify opportunities for transformation and innovation as well as have the business and technology acumen to shepherd ideas from the visionary stage through to execution. Responsibilities Oversee and act as vendor liaison to ensure that we are optimizing the innovation and automation gains from the vendors identify and propose projects to improve processes and innovate within the Vendor Governance space. Oversee data review, analysis, and audits, and collaborate with IT leadership and vendor leadership to present findings, identify opportunities for improvements and/or cost savings, and pursue those improvements. Deliver the overall standards, processes and toolsets for the Vendor Governance function. Deliver consistent opportunities for transformation, innovation and automation of the vendor governance function. Regular collaboration with IT, Contract Management and applicable vendor is critical to promote accountability, maintain healthy vendor relationships, and continually assess current and future opportunities in performance, operations, and/or contract management. Coordinates tightly with the Vendor Governance Managers to extract the maximum benefit from each strategic vendor partner Build and manage preferred vendor and other key relationships to achieve top performance and operations. Liaise between vendor and IT to communicate and facilitate issue resolution. Maximize economies of scale, revenue opportunities, and available cost savings through effective vendor management. Establish new vendor goals, objectives, and the creation of key metrics to best represent vendor performance and the key accountabilities of the vendor management team Define, document, and implement best practices that maximize efficiencies, quality, and performance while maintaining positive, long-term, strategic vendor partnerships Leverage vendor partnerships to continuously deliver value added services to Altice USA Ensure maximum value is extracted out of each vendor partnership including ensuring that all contracted vendor investments are communicated and used within Altice USA. Deliver annual partnership innovation events and activities. Foster individual and collective creativity, to create processes and procedures for ideation, prototyping and production This position reports directly to the Director of the IT PMO and Vendor Governance Qualifications / Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required; a Master's degree (or equivalent) is desirable. Or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved Demonstrated experience in transformation and continuous improvement Demonstrated experience in fostering and delivering innovation initiatives 3 or more years of documented Vendor Governance experience Demonstrated competency in managing resources without direct authority Demonstrated competency of developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems Successfully implemented new work processes or process improvements Experience working with customers to develop solutions to business problems 2018-21146

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
